Aim

The aim of the Institutional Ethics Committee of the college is to ensure the ethical conduct of research. The committee strives to promote adherence to ethical principles, uphold scientific integrity, and foster accountability in research, ensuring compliance with recognized guidelines.

Objectives

  • Ensuring that research participants are treated ethically and that their welfare is prioritized.
  • Evaluating research proposals (protocols, consent forms) to ensure they meet high ethical and scientific standards.
  • Verifying that participants are fully informed and voluntarily consent.
  • Monitoring ongoing studies for safety and compliance throughout the project.
  • Ensuring research complies with local, national, and international guidelines
